Reducing preventable risk factors and providing support to allow seniors to age-in-place
Throughout western pennsylvania, TREK has developed multiple service enriched senior housing communities that offer 1-2 bedroom units designed with health and safety in mind. Each community offers a unique community space where social gatherings can take place and community services provide health screenings and services that positively impact the quality of life for residents. Through partnerships and thoughtful design, seniors are able to live independently.
Service-enriched senior housing is basic rental housing in which social services are available onsite or by referral through a supportive services program or service coordinator. Featured service enriched senior housing include: Kittanning Cottages, Brownsville Senior Housing (Iron Bridge Crossing), Parkway, Lavender Heights, Kittanning Cottages, Mercer (Heritage Square), and Grandview Pointe.
