Plan to replace Bedford Dwellings public housing complex in the Hill to take another step forward

The Pittsburgh Urban Redevelopment Authority is poised to award up to $9 million in loans to help fund the construction of another 180 residential units in the Hill District at the site of the Bedford Dwellings public housing complex.
