RFQ for a General Contractor

Trek Development Group, Inc. (“Trek”) has partnered with Allies and Ross Community Development Corporation (“ARMDC”) (“Development Team”) development instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) as the Development Team for the development of a site in the Hill District neighborhood in Pittsburgh, PA. The scope of this development includes construction of approximately 120 new units of multi-family housing in elevator served apartment buildings and townhomes.  Each General Contractor will be selected based on its expertise, experience

(Housing Authority experience is a plus), M/W/DBE participation and Section 3 Compliance, and capacity to bond at least $35 million.
